One of the Country's leading experts in development and implementation of business led partnerships and Business Improvement Districts.  Part of the initiative piloting the first London BIDS, Ruth is involved with the City of London implementing the BID for the square mile.

9 years experience in homeless outreach with ThamesReach and other leading organisations.

VERONIQUE BONNEFOY
Having spent 3 years as Head of Training worldwide at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Veronique turned her attention to reshaping the Escoffier Restaurant Training at Westminster Kingsway, turning it into one of Europe’s leading Restaurant Service environments. She went on to create a unique live environment offering Michelin level service gaining the recognition of London’s fine dining establishments. Veronique is our innovative learning and development manager and the inspirational leader of our programmes.

 

GEOFF BOOTH
Formerly head of Britain’s Top catering college, Westminster Kingsway, and a leading hospitality training influencer in the UK. Geoff is both the architect and auditor of our training and development offer.
